Our Owners

Three childhood friends from the suburbs of Minneapolis decided to purchase a 17 unit apartment building upon graduting from college.  They lived in the basement and maintained and rented their beloved asset.  They discovered they were pretty good at making residents happy!  They developed their passion for providing clean, quiet, well-maintained apartment homes and grew.  Today, with over 5,000 units under their ownership and management, they have a good thing going!  They’re not afraid to get dirty; you’ll still find them working on the front lines.  It’s a passion they take seriously and a business model that works.  They’re in it for the long term and we think you’ll agree it shows.

Our Office Teams

Whether located on-site or down the street your management team is ready to assist you—6 days a week.  We take Sundays off and we hope you do too.

We recognize that dealing with something as sensitive and important to people as their homes means we have to get it done and get it done right every time.  We have received some of our industry’s top awards, have some of the most tenured and competent professionals, and it shows!

Property Management

It’s what we do and we do it well!  We like to call ourselves the ‘mom and pop shop’ in a company run world.  We’re large enough to understand your needs but small enough to know you by name.  We employ the best staff of motivated and personable individuals that specialize in effective and efficient apartment home management.


They happen and they don’t just happen between 9 and 5.  We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance so when those issues do arise… we’ve got you covered.

Leading the Charge

We’re not afraid to take a great idea and run with it.  We offer smoke free living in 6 of our locations.  We initiated smoke-free options for our residents after surveying their wants and needs.

We’ve taken Green Living to a whole new level

We could really bore you with this list, so here are just a few highlights… boiler regulating controls; low-flow showerheads, faucets and toilets; photo-cell regulated lighting; energy efficient appliances. We spare no green expense when it comes to our aggressive update schedule for adding insulated roofs, thermal pane windows and energy efficient lighting.  We warned you it might be boring but this is the stuff that excites us!

Our tagline says it all, “Clean, quiet and well maintained”… pretty simple. We don’t always offer the bells and whistles you might find elsewhere but that’s not who we are. What we don’t offer in amenities we make up for in customer service and attentiveness.  To offer a place you can be proud to call home that’s not simply our goal – that’s what we stand for.
