Remember…In our initiative to go green, we will now be sending the monthly newsletter via email. We think this will improve the quality and quantity for you, our residents!

At Home Apartments Leasing Office is Moving
Starting September 15th, our office will be at 5945 Woodson Rd., directly west of our old office on Woodson. The offices will be closed September 13th and 14th as we transition to our new office. The best way to communicate with us for those two days will be email.  Stop by our new location and say Hello sometime!

Please remember we have new email addresses! Please make sure you change your contacts to reflect the following:

Bulk Items at the Trash Bins

Please note that large items are not to be left at the trash bins! This includes when you replace a piece of furniture in your apartment and when you move in/out. Waste Management charges us in order to haul bulk items (any item that will not fit in the trash bin without sticking out). We already have cameras on some of our trash receptacles and will put them on all of them if this continues to be a problem. Please also let us know if you ever see someone illegally dumping items into our trash bins that doesn’t live here and try to get the license plate of the vehicle if you are able to! If you leave large items next to or in the dumpsters you WILL be charged for these items per your lease agreement.

Refer someone to live in any of our 9 different communities & you will receive $200 off your rent!*Do you know anyone looking to move at work, church or school ? Send them our way!  Make sure they let us know you were the reason they leased with At Home Apartments!

* When they sign a 12 month lease & pay their rent on time for two months.

Pest Control for September

Pest control will enter your apartment once per quarter.  Blue Beetle will enter your home to perform the pest control onMonday, September 12th if you live at:

Highpointe and Antioch Gardens

Please leave a note on your front door for any special needs or if you are noticing any pest problems.
Remember, it is a violation of your lease to not allow the tech. into your apartment to inspect for any issues.

Lost and Found
We still have the following items in our office that were found on property and brought into the office:
-several credit cards found grouped together
-pair of eye glasses found in soft black leather case

Please let us know right away if these are yours!

Recycling Corner
Easy steps you can take to help yourself and the environment:
-Change your light bulbs to CFL bulbs to save 75% energy
-Unplug all electronics that aren’t in use especially small appliances that are rarely used like microwaves, toasters, electronic can openers, etc. Also make sure your tv, cable box and computers go into energy saving mode if you leave these plugged in during the day
-Minimize the amount of time you open/close your fridge and freezer doors
-When it’s not too hot/cold outside, use natural lighting to brighten your home vs. lights
-Only use the dishwasher when it’s full, don’t wash loads of dishes when it’s not full
-Always make sure you are using the recycling bins located at your property (or a property close by owned by At Home Apartments).
